Refunds
Effective October 14, 2026
Bangarang Apps, Inc., a Delaware corporation, sells SimpleInvite and fdbck. This page says how refunds, cancellations, and disputed charges work for both. Each product's own terms are the full agreement; this is the plain version. Nothing here limits any right the law gives you.
Quick answers
- Can I cancel? Yes, at any time, from inside the product.
- Can I get a refund? If you were charged by mistake, bought the wrong thing, or something on our side stopped it working, yes. Write to [email protected].
- Do I need a reason? No. Tell us what happened and we take it from there.
- Who processes payment? Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where it applies.
SimpleInvite
An event with up to 30 guests is free. Above that you choose one of two ways to pay: $5 once, for one event, or $39 for a year of events. One event carries at most 150 guests. Nothing renews on its own and no subscription is created; when a year ends, you decide whether to buy another. You are never charged before the first send on an event.
- Refunds. If you cancel an event, if something on our side stopped your invitations going out, or if you bought the wrong thing, write to us and we refund it. There is no deadline and no reason is required.
- A refunded year takes back the time it added, so the twelve months end where they would have without it.
- Events we close. A paid event we close for our own reasons is refunded. One closed for a breach of the terms is not.
- Cancelling. Cancel an event, or delete your account, under Settings in the app.

fdbck
fdbck is free for your first project. Pro is a paid subscription at a flat price shown on fdbck's pricing page →. Fixes are never metered.
- Cancelling. Cancel from your account in two clicks, at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account falls back to the free allowance: your first project keeps running and nothing is deleted.
- Refunds. If you were charged by mistake, charged after you cancelled, or could not use what you paid for because of a problem on our side, write to us and we will review it and refund the charge. We do not hold a fixed refund window against a genuine problem.

How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] (for SimpleInvite you can also write to [email protected]). Say which product, the email on the account, and what went wrong. A person reads it. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long it then takes to show; it is usually a few business days.
Disputed charges
If a charge looks wrong, please write to us before you contact your bank. A refund from us is almost always faster than a chargeback. If a charge is disputed with your card issuer anyway, we respond through Stripe with the records of the purchase and cooperate fully with the outcome.
Tax, currency and promotions
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Where tax applies it is added at the point of payment and shown before you pay. We do not run promotions or discount codes at the time of writing. If we do, the terms are stated with the offer, and the rules above still apply.
Restrictions
Our products are not offered where the law prohibits it, and are subject to United States export-control and sanctions law. See where our products are available.
