These terms cover bangarangapps.com — the page you're reading, not the products it links to. By using this site you accept them. Bangarang Apps, Inc. ("we," "us"), a corporation formed in Delaware, United States, operates this site.
What this site is
A description of what we build, with links out to it. There's no account to open here, nothing to buy on this page, and nothing to sign. Using SimpleInvite or fdbck is governed by that product's own terms, not these:
Products and payments
Our paid products are sold by Bangarang Apps, Inc. through each product's own site, never through this one. What a product costs, and what you get for it, is stated on that product's pricing page and in its terms. Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at the point of payment where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Refunds, cancellations, and disputed charges are covered on one page: Refunds and cancellations →. In short: you can cancel, and if something went wrong, write to [email protected] and we will make it right.
Where our products are available
We operate from the United States. Our products are not offered where the law prohibits it, and they are subject to United States export-control and sanctions law. You may not use them if you are a person or in a place that law restricts. We do not run promotions or discount codes at the time of writing; if we do, their terms are stated with the offer and the refund rules on the refunds page still apply.
Acceptable use
Don't attack, scrape at volume, or try to break this site or the systems it runs on. Everything here is public and free to read; there's no gate to get around.

The text, design, and marks on this site belong to Bangarang Apps, Inc. or are used with permission. You're welcome to link to it. You're not licensed to copy the site itself and present it as your own.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We don't warrant it will run uninterrupted or be free of faults, and so far as the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
So far as the law allows, Bangarang Apps, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new terms apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, setting aside its conflict-of-laws rules.
